About us
TERRA INCOGNITA founded in year 2005 is a travel agency formed in order to show our guests Gorski Kotar in a slightly different way. The main goal we have already reached - we have hosted many domestic and foreign visitors in this 5 year. Our activities are oriented toward an adventurous and eco-tourism in the Croatian region of Gorski Kotar (Green Heart of Croatia).
Gorski Kotar is a mountainous region, and apart from the mountains, abundant with mountain rivers, lakes, canyons and caves, and is very attractive for different types of outdoor activities.
Gorski Kotar is located in the western part of Croatia, it is very close to the Adriatic tourist regions KVARNER and ISTRA (60km to Opatija and Crikvenica – an hour by car / bus, 140 km from Porec, Rovinj, Umag – two hours by car / bus) and Zagreb (110 km)
Activities
Our main activities are:
- Rafting on river KUPA;
- PAINTBALL on a forest polygon TERRA INCOGNITA
- TREKKING / CLIMBING
- ACCOMMODATION SERVICES
Our experienced guides will provide all our guests to discover the beauty and history of the region in a slightly adventurous way.
All activities start at our campsite, located in Iševnica / Brod na Kupi. Our camp is situated in the woods along the river, consists of a small bar area for a picnic (tables and banches), polygon for paintball, dressing room, sanitary facilities and parking. Forest in our camp will provide shade for our guests in the hottest summer days.
In cooperation with local restaurants and hotels, in the camp for our guests we prepare different types of dishes based on catering or can organize lunch in some of local hotels and restaurants .
